About Nicosia

Nicosia is the capital and the largest city of Cyprus. Its atmopshere is modern and traditional, dynamic and calm all at the same time. It is the most interesting city on the island and very different from the tranquility of the rest of the towns on the island. What really characterises the city is the borderline that crosses the streets, alleys and even houses and gardens.

Much of the charm and beauty of Nicosia is to be found in the old city, with its labyrinthine alleyways and elegant courtyard houses. It also offers many interesting monuments, lovely restaurants and several places of entertainment.
