Traffic is on the right. The minimum age of a driver is 18 years. Children must be at least 10 to sit in the front. The legal blood alcohol limit is 0.5‰. The use of seatbelts is compulsory for all passengers.

Horns should only be used in cases of extreme danger. If a driver flashes their lights behind you, they want to pass you.

Broken centre lines mark a section of road where passing is allowed. Where three or fove lanes exist, the middle one is used for passing. A double-thick white line marks the mandatory slow line.

The police are authorised to collect fines on the spot. You may be fined if you cannot produce your vehicle registration document and driving license.

Do not park where the curb is painted yellow. Parking on the left side of a street is allowed on one-way streets only. When parking in dark streets, parking lights must be on.
