Rental Restrictions
Cars rented in Slovenia are not allowed into the following countries: Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Herzegovina, Hungary, Israel, Poland, Romania, Former USSR, Slovakia, Croatia, Turkey and Yugoslavia.
Driving Restrictions

About Kobarid
Most people who visit Kobarid go there because of the town’s war history and visit the famous Kobarid Museum that tells the history of the town. In addition to the exhibits inside the museum, there is a 5-kilometre historical trail in the area surrounding the town that takes you past many important points of interest relating to the Battle of the Soca Front.
As to the more pleasant side, Kobarid is the town in Slovenia that has the highest number of excellent restaurants in one single place. Even for the fussiest lovers of good food and wine, a visit to Kobarid will be a great experience.
