Driving restrictions
The minimum age of a driver is 17 years. To sit in the front seat, children must be at least 12 years old. Otherwise, the seat must be equipped with a special child seat.
The use of seatbelts is compulsory for all passengers. The legal blood alcohol limit is 0.5‰.
In case of bad weather, low beams of the vehicle must be used. It is illegal to drive with the parking lights only. Motorcyclists must drive with headlights on at all times.

If you leave you car or stop for more than 3 minutes while not loading or unloading cargo or passengers, you are considered parked. You may not park or stop in a traffic lane if there is a parking lane.
